Preparation:
Western method: Steep 3 grams of tea in 500 ml of water at 100ºC for 40 seconds. For the second infusion, extend the steeping time to 1 minute.
Traditional method: Use 5 grams of tea for 100 ml of water at 100ºC and steep for 10 seconds. Use the same time for the second and third infusions. For each subsequent infusion, add 5 seconds to the steeping time.
